The Viva Farms CSA program delivers a weekly assortment of fresh local organic produce to customers in Skagit County. The number of CSA shares available is limited - subscribe now to reserve yours!
We have not yet established all of our pick-up sites for the CSA program. These will be determined as we develop a customer list. We must have 5 customers to establish a pick-up site. For example, if we have at least 5 customers in Anacortes, we will establish a site in Anacortes. At this time, you must select Viva Farms as your pick-up site. After we have established all of our pick-up sites, you will have the opportunity to select the site that is most convenient for you.
Although the Spring/Summer season will run June through September, we have not yet established the specific starting date. When you place your order, June 13 will show up as the start date. Viva Farms will notify you of the actual first delivery date when it has been determined.
As the season progresses, we will have "add-on" products available depending on availability. For example, during strawberry season you will be able to add on strawberries in different sizes (quart, pint, half-flat), or you may have the opportunity to purchase green beans or pickling cucumbers in large quantities. We will keep you informed of these opportunities via email. You may also visit the site to see what is currently available.
Our Small Share is designed to feed households with 2-3 people and costs $20/week. The Large Share feeds 3-5 people and costs $35/week. If you feel that even a small share is too much for your household, consider asking a friend or neighbor to split a share with you. However, one of you must sign on as the customer and pay; splitting the cost and the vegetables is between the two of you.

2017 Spring / Summer
The Spring/Summer share will begin with our typical early season produce, including various lettuces and leafy greens, radishes, carrots, swiss chard, strawberries, scallions, garlic scapes, and culinary herbs. As the season progresses, we will add summer squash, beans, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
